The capital of Cyprus is Lefkosia. It is the hub of commerce and business. But Lefkosia also has all the charm of a culture that was founded many centuries ago. The atmosphere of this city in Cyprus is truly exotic. There are lovely old palm trees and ancient mosques that give the city an oriental feeling. The little tavernas are full of life in amongst the narrow and winding streets. Up above you will notice beautiful old balconies with wrought iron railings that are very European. The people of Cyprus are connected to the sea. They love taking long walks on one of the many breathtaking beaches. Not only do they have a view of an ever changing ocean but there are also many activities to enjoy. A more vibrant beach culture is found around the resort areas. Quieter beaches are to be found a little further away. But during autumn all the beaches are less full. This is a season that is regarded as one of the best kept secrets of Cyprus. The odd shower of rain at this time of year is more of a summer shower and is short, quick and warm.

Whatever the season, Cyprus is an island that offers attractive living. Many visitors want to buy an asset property. In Cyprus there is a choice of both old and established properties to buy. Cyprus like any other location in the world has real estate from entry level to luxury. If you purchase in the resale market the procedure is quick. It is highly likely you will have your property in a few weeks.
